Aria Jewelry does not accept returns or exchanges.
Image color may vary from one screen to another.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If the item you received is defective, please send us a video/picture so that we can send you a new replacement. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for that item. Defective items must be reported within 5 days after the package has been delivered.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
We apologize for the inconvenience, mistakes do happen sometimes. If you received the wrong item please contact us through our contact page. Make sure to include your name, order number, and email along with pictures. We will provide further instructions on the process.

LOST PACKAGES
If the package is lost, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS and open a claim with them. Aria Jewelry is only responsible for making sure the package gets delivered successfully into a USPS store. We provide a tracking number with every order. Please check your email and spam folders. If USPS indicates that the package has been delivered, we are not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
We ship everything within 1-2 business days from the US using USPS Standard Shipping which takes approximately 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping times are available at checkout.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you placed an order with an incorrect address or if you're missing the apartment/unit number, email us immediately at ariajewelsco@gmail.com to resolve the issue before your order ships. If we’re unable to make the change of address before it ships, we do not take any responsibility for the incorrect information provided.
